Note: It should be emphasised that the faraaidh can only be done when there is no other alternative. Many people often only do the faraaidh instead of full wudhu because they have misunderstood and think faraaidh are sufficient or they feel lazy. The importance of doing full wudhu should be .
Many question and answers about Wudhu available here.

This is an activity which is very very helpful in helping students recognise letters in their varied forms. It is available
here inshaAllah. It should look something like this:

The pieces are best printed on card and laminated for endurance.
Not all the letters should be given to sort out at once because students will become overwhelmed by sheer numbers; there's 4 for each letter.
Letters that can be confused with one another should be given at the same time so that students get good practice telling them apart.
Students should be taught the rules; such as when a letter comes at the end of a word it is intact in its original form but when at the beg or middle it is halved as the above picture shows.

This is the day Allah calls in the Qura'an *يوم الفرقان يوم التقى الجمعان*
'The day of criterian, the day the two groups [good and evil] met'

Muslim's should have a deep knowledge of this story because it explains Imaan in its true and greatest form. Its lessons are so vast and numerous that they can be applied in every situation a believer finds himself or herself in.

Note: Students should be taught that the point of these wars was not war in itself. The Muslims were aggressed against in this battle yet they maintained complete justice. Allah says in the Qur'aan:

* اعدلوا هو أقرب للتقوى*
'Be just. That is the closest to piety'.

blessed mother's name is in green and her parents' names are in blue and yellow which make green.

Sayidina Abdullah bin Umar narrates that he heard Rasulullah

‘Islam is built on 5: Testifying that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is the [final] Messenger of Allah and establishing the prayer and giving Zakaah and making pilgrimage to the house [of Allah] and fasting in Ramadhan.’ [Bukhari and Muslim]

Students can make their own posters. The following images can be cut out, coloured and stuck in their own way to form a poster inshaAllah.

The following can be cut out and mixed up to be placed correctly; the correct pillar with its meaning.

The Latin word rudis means untaught and untrained. It is the source of the English word rude. We learn that the former leads to the latter. Without knowledge one fails to achieve the goal of life; to have lived in a harmonious way with Allah’s creation, acting upon what He Almighty ordained. Therefore, educating our youing is a Muslim duty because they are the future generation of Islam.

Imam Gazali رحمه الله said, 'the child is a trust [of Allah] in the hands of his parents and his innocent heart is a precious element capable of taking impressions'.

Many of us can name the wives of Henry viii but fail to name the wives of our Messenger [blessings upon him]. We must make it our priority to study our Islamic tradition and in turn educate others with ease, yearning and love. The onus is on us.

ان شاء الله, there will be posters, quotes, activities, timelines, maps, Arabic and Tajweed worksheets and many things in between. There is no power and might except with Allah. May He accept this effort. Aameen.
